The registration for  “.srb” domain begins 27.01.2012. The Cyrillic top-level domain “.srb” represents the Republic of Serbia on the Internet and allows the formation of Internet addresses that are written in Cyrillic. More information about this area can be found on www.rnids.rs

Priority registration period for registration “.srb” domain is exclusively for existing users of “.rs” domains and lasts till 26/07/2012. If you do not use this right free registration period begins 27/7/2012. Then you can register one free “.srb” domain for each “.rs” domain for which you have not exercised the right of priority registration.
 
All ". srb" domains registered during the priority registration period (27.01-2012 - 07.26.2012) will have the same information, as well as their related “.rs” domain. Duration of the registration period is one year. These domains can be registered only with the current registrar for your “.rs” domain.
 
The names of Serbian Cyrillic Internet domain may contain the Serbian Cyrillic 30 letters (az), numbers (0-9) and hyphens (-). They should not contain a hyphen at the beginning or at the end, or two consecutive hyphens in the third and fourth position. The name “.srb” can contain up to 63 ASCII characters.

It is not necessary to write "www" in front of the site address - all existing sites with “.rs” domain can be found without "www" at the beginning, if properly set up a server on which they hosted.
